CONCEPTUAL DESCRIPTION (English):
"Band Disney" operates on the subversion of childhood mythology and collective pop icons. By subjecting universally recognized symbols of innocence and manufactured joy to the process of existential subtraction, the artist breaks the continuous fiction of an idealized world.
The original figures are disassembled, altered, and stripped of their commercial perfection, leaving only raw, recognizable fragments as a testimony of their past identity. Trapped within the descriptive context of the glass showcase, the "band" no longer plays a reassuring tune, but instead forces the viewer to confront the instability of memory and the commercialization of our inner creative space.
