CONCEPTUAL DESCRIPTION (English):
“In my heart” shifts the focus of existential subtraction from public social critique to the deepest realm of internal intimacy. The artwork embodies the vital dualities mentioned in the Preda Manifesto: the desperate attempt to preserve a private trace, a memory, or an embrace, against the destructive ferocity of time.
By modifying and locking highly symbolic, personal icons within a cold, reflective glass space, the artist maps the restlessness of human relationships. A core, unmistakable fragment is left fully visible acting as a silent anchor for the mind to grasp before crossing the ridge into a different world or a completely different Self.
